Here at Hello Guest we are obsessed with Queenstown, and with helping you make your property work for you. We love taking care of your home away from home. So even when you're not there it's allowing incredible guests the chance to experience Queenstown while you rest knowing that it's taken care of, maintained and contributing to your income.

Combining Stephs background of over 10 years experience in the holiday home management industry, Léonie's personal experience managing her own AirBnB properties, and our local roots, you truly get the dream team.

Queenstown is our home, we understand the area and what it takes to manage short term stay properties here.

We get to know you.

We really value what's important to you, so we take time to do an initial consultation. It's important to make sure our services suit your needs, and that we get to know how we can best take care of your place.

We create a care plan.

With your property's needs at the forefront we create a care plan and recommendation. We want to make sure your guests have a great stay and that you feel confident in the process. Once you're happy we can photograph, prepare, and list your home.

You relax!

We handle the guest enquiries, cleaning and your property maintenance. You'll be kept in the loop with how things are going, and proactively informed if your property requires extra care.
